Hourly
onsite and remote services are billed out at $65.00 per hour.
Networking services are billed at $85.00 per hour. There is a one hour
minimum for these calls.

If you need
more than occasional support but do not have the budget or staff for a
full time tech employee, here's the best solution. Service agreements
for anywhere from 2 to 25 hours per month, depending on your needs.
This gives you more than a 10% discount over hourly rates. In
addition, your systems and business will run smoother with ongoing
support and maintenance.

Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Emergency Support calls during
business hours will be addressed by priority. Emergency calls
received after hours will be received by voice mail and an on call
technician will be in contact with you as soon as possible.
All trips over 15 miles are billed at
$30.00 per hour travel time.
